CBC reported today that a massive 400,000 square foot new outlet mall will be opening at the corner of Kenaston Boulevard and Sterling Lyon Parkway.
This certainly comes as great news to many of my clients who are purchasing a new home in and around the Bridgwater Trails neighborhood.
Along with CBC's released list of retailers (found below), the mall will feature two car dealerships, a hotel, and residential units.
Good news if your kids are looking for a summer job, too, because they're hosting a job fair to fill over 1,000 positions.
The fair will run March 25 and 26 at Delta Hotels by Marriott.
